Dual Degree Program
Overview
Students interested in vocations that require skills and sensibilities from two fields can pursue a dual degree. This program allows students to complete two degrees in less time than they would if they pursued them separately.
Master of Divinity & Master of Arts in Theological Studies (MDiv - MATS)
Invest in your deep passion for theology as well as your call to congregational leadership. The dual MDiv-MATS degree offers you the opportunity to undergo the theological and practical training necessary to pastor a church, as well as explore a theological area in depth with the Master’s Thesis or Project.
Here’s what it takes
You can complete the MDiv-MATS program in four years of full-time study. Pursuing the degrees separately would require 5 years of full-time study. Students take courses from each of the areas below to total 102 credits. If the degrees were taken separately, they would total 132 credits.
