Employee SHARE Team
The Employee SHARE Team meets regularly to coordinate support services for employees identified through reports to the SHARE process to ensure a collaborative approach and the best possible outcomes for individual employees and the community as a whole. The following individuals are members of the Employee SHARE Team:
- Greg Meyer, Dean for Community Wellness (Chair)
- Mari Diaz, PsyD, Director of Clinical Services & Multicultural Specialist, CAPS
- Jennika Eckhaus, Chaplain for Faculty and Staff (e-mail Jennika for a confidential Chaplain Check-in)
- Dior Mariano, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources
Mission Statement
The Employee SHARE Team aims to:
- coordinate resources for all employees who need support personally or professionally;
- facilitate intentional conversations around employee wellness and community engagement;
- cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment for all employees.
